Seattle Airport Towncar Transportation FAQ
When should I book my transportation
We understand that sometimes you can't plan your travel ahead of times and will do our best to satisfy our needs, but it is generally good idea to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. We accept reservations for up to a year in advance.
My travel plans have changed/Flight delayed
If your plans have changed give us a call as soon as possible so that we can make new arrangements. If your flight has been delayed no worries. We monitor all inbound flights and you driver will be at the airport when you land. Incase your flight has been delayed for more than two hours or you changing your flight please call us with updated information. We do not charge any fees for changes in your itinerary.
Where can I meet my driver at the Airport
When you have picked up your luggage and ready to go just step outside of baggage claim area through any nearest exit to curbside and give us a call with your name and door number you are standing at. Door numbers are located in the middle about sliding exit doors. Driver will pull in to that door within 2-5 minutes.
If you have made arrangement with Seattle Airport Towncar Service for Meet and Greet service your driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim area with a sign. If you cannot your driver please call us.
Fees and charges
Seattle Airport Towncar Transportation Service rates are per car.
We do not charge per person rate.
Our rates include all fees, taxes, and charges except for gratuity to the driver.
Standart driver gratuity is 15-20%
You may incur some additional charges if you change your travel arrangements
